      Appointment was in Sept 26,2017... was told I would receive a call back in 3 days after converse with a specialist... OCTOBER CAME AND WENT... "NO CALL BACK"!!! Stopped back in the Milwaukee office and Dr Khalili nurse said she is waiting on the doctor and will call me in 3 days "AGAIN"! WELL IT'S NOVEMBER 14, 2017 and still... "NO CALL BACK"!!!
